Be Heathy by Choice, Not by Chance

It's predicted that, "twenty-first century health care will be based upon the subtle energy principles involving the mind, body, environmental and spiritual dimensions."  K. Pelletier, PhD

Current studies agree that stress, environmental toxins and lifestyle are the leading causes of disease and that many of our present day diseases are preventable.

Though we imagine our home environment to be a sanctuary in which to rest and restore, many of the ongoing conditions people experience (allergies, asthma, rashes, respiratory challenges, and cancer) are being linked to the hidden toxins and invisible pollutants in our homes.

It's time to wake up and recognize the impact our home environment has on our health given all of the environmental toxins that are now part of our daily life.

As toxins accumulate, they create a body burden that triggers the inflammation response and the dis-ease process.  If we focus on keeping 'out the bad' and 'putting in the good,' a new norm can be established.  Prevention and self care will allow us to be healthy by choice and not leave it to chance.

What if you heard about ways and means to minimize the effects of environmental pollution by keeping chemicals and toxins out of your home and body, would you be interested to know more?  And, what if there were simple and easy ways of getting the necessary and good elements into your home and your body?  Ways that would create better health for you and your family?  And, that it wouldn't cause you to change your lifestyle or take extra time out of your already busy schedule?  Would you be curious to investigate?

In 2005, that's just what I did.  And, I'm certainly glad of it. My ability to recover from disabilities, disease and medical challenges was definitely linked to keeping environmental toxins out and getting plenty of the good stuff in.  The results were life-changing.

A brilliant solution that gives everyone the opportunity to incorporate the most pure and natural elements into their home.  That we can easily create a natural environment that supports healing, recovery, renewed energy and anti-aging.

Another consideration for our environment is the impact of plastic water bottles.  You can learn more about that on the Water Page

As we make changes in our surroundings our children, family and friends will notice. They will have the ability to pass these habits of wellbeing on to their families. Together we can change the current downward spiral of disease to one of prevention and self-care with improved health and wellbeing.

Ten Environmental Toxins To Avoid

While still in the womb, children are exposed to chemicals that can impair normal growth and development. This internal pollution persists

Taking ownership of our health truly begins at home and not at the doctor's office.
